对碳化法纳米碳酸钙生产过程的能耗及节能措施进行了分析,针对某纳米碳酸钙生产厂的余热资源情况进行了调研,提出了一套余热梯级利用方案,将中高温余热用于溴化锂制冷机组替代部分原电制冷机组,将低温余热用于预热工艺用水、浆液和干燥空气。分析结果表明,该余热利用方案可获得良好的节能增效效果。
The evaluation of energy consumption and energy saving of the carbonation nanometer calcium carbonate production process were analyzed. The waste heat resource of a nanometer calcium carbonate production plant was investigated, and a cascade utilization scheme of waste heat was proposed. The medium and high temperature waste heat was used in lithium bromide refrigeration unit to replace part of the original electric refrigeration units, and the low temperature waste heat was used to preheat the process water, slurry and dry air. Results showed that the waste heat utilization scheme can obtain good energy saving and improve the system efficiency.
