Effect of Pyrolysis on the Migration and Leaching Characteristics of Heavy Metals in Textile Dyeing Sludge
The detection of heavy metal content and leaching toxicity is an important factor in determining the environmental risks of textile dyeing sludge. Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was used to detect the content and leaching characteristics of heavy metals in biochar obtained from textile dyeing sludge under different pyrolysis temperatures and holding time. The results showed that the content of heavy metals in the biochar was the highest when the pyrolysis temperature was 600 oC, and the residual rate of each heavy metal was more than 50%. This indicated that the pyrolysis technology for the disposal of textile dyeing sludge could promote the solid-phase enrichment of heavy metals and the reduction of leaching toxicity, and effectively reduce the potential environmental risks of textile dyeing sludge, which can provide ideas for the resource utilization and rational disposal of heavy metal-enriched solid wastes.
